Rooms were very clean, towels changed every day, beds made every day. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was warmer than we liked and we had no way to adjust the temperature besides opening windows The tv picture wasn’t the best quality due to the cable running around the bottom of the wall and out the window

This hôtel is a 2 star hotel and I believe we get what it is worth. Very friendly staff and good location, also for grocery shopping with a whole food on walking distance. I would definitely boon again !

Staff was gracious and amazing. My friend arrived before me and I was so happy they let her into the room. The room was very spacious. Beds were ok, although my pillows were flat & hard which made it a little hard to sleep. I would have VERY much appreciated a bit of coffee in the kitchen. Or even the option to purchase some kind of kit with coffee and milk. Overall though it was a nice stay for a good price.

The staff were incredibly kind. Location was great. We got a bigger room than we expected. It was the biggest room I have ever had in NYC before. The only thing I will say is that the building is very old, so there's only 1 outlet in the room and the outlet didn't work. The plug fell out and wouldn't stay in place. We loved everything else though!
