We stayed in a king suite as a family of 4, as there is a king size bed and a pull out sofa bed. The sofa bed we intended for our kids to sleep in. It was tiny and old. A little bigger than twin but not quite full size. The mattress was terrible in the sofa bed, you can feel the springs and outdated. The king bed was comfortable and in the end our kids joined us in bed since I think the sofa bed should not even be advertised as a sleeping option. There were no extra pillows so we had to request some from room service. It was almost just set up for a couple even though we had put 2 adults 2 kids in the reservation. The room was huge which is a plus but there were a lot of outdated things like the microwave and refrigerator. We were disappointed that the indoor pool was closed for renovation this weekend, as our kids along with 2 other families with young children that booked with us was looking forward to that. Wish it somehow stated that update when we booked. Otherwise property was clean, safe and convenient

Horrible. Didn’t give us the room we booked. No functioning AC. There was a constant noise from the pipes that was super annoying. We asked to move rooms and they refused. Didn’t ask how our stay was on exit likely because they get complaints so much. Never again. Hot tub was broken and pool is the size of a kidney bean.

I’d stay again, but…

Overall 3.5 stars. The room was a great size. Front desk employee was superb, very friendly and attentive. The only 2 issues I had was the air conditioner not properly working and housekeeping did not do a good job of cleaning. Day 1, I needed ice. I opened the ice bucket to retrieve the plastic bag and I noticed a sticky yellow substance on the inside. Turned me off. I went to the gas station across the street from the hotel to buy a cup of ice. Day 2 a second bag was placed inside of the same dirty ice bucket. At that time I was not pleased. I went to Walmart to purchase sheets, a blanket & Lysol. Yes, I’d stay again. Next time I’ll be prepared.

I did not ended up staying because the air conditioning unit was not on and it was 83 degrees outside that day. I had perishable items with me and needed to have air on in room so had to immediately cancel my reservation. Front Desk person was never around always had to wait for her to see me or hear me at desk before she would come over and check what I needed. When she finally did she was nice and courteous but felt she should be more accessible and easily accessible.
