Jodie is a friendly, hospitable host. Their family property is a beautiful, comfortable establishment. It is quiet, incredibly clean and well kept. The morning breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend for anyone to stay at Craigellachie. If you are wanting an evening meal, go down the hill to the pub. Also delicious and very affordable. What a sweet spot to stay - run by a family who lives in-house downstairs & provides immediate service when you need it. Lovely drawing & dining rooms, bar for whisky tastings & breakfast area with homecooked (and included) breakfasts. Amenities were great, rooms large & cost.

Scott and Jodie the owners are fabulous. They have hired great and friendly staff. Food is delicious, bar area is well appointed and good selection of Whiskey. Rooms are nicely decorated and great facilities. Has a lovely breakfast that is included with the room. Have stayed here twice now and would continue to go back.

On a one month tour of the UK, we have stayed at 17 properties. This was by far the best. The room was tastefully decorated and spacious. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The in-house bar was well stocked with whiskies and the staff was very knowledgeable on the brands. We would return for a longer stay next time.
