El personal es muy amable, sin embargo mi experiencia fue muy mala, le falta mantenimiento al hotel, no tuvimos agua caliente un día, la regadera estaba muy vieja y salían solo 3 chorritos de agua, aunque el personal fue a arreglarla el problema continuó, no ponen shampoo, y nos dejaron muy poco jabón de manos.

la atencion del personal excelente, pero las habitaciones con muchos detalles, no funcionaba el baño y lo arreglaron, despues la regadera tapada y me cambiaron de habitacion y tambien elsanitario tiraba agua que llegaba hasta el cuarto, el clima tiraba agua, la puerta no cerraba bien y la habitacion de enfrente tenian bocinas y microfono y hasta las 4 de la mañana duraron con su ruido

Nos cambiaron de habitación a última hora, y nos dieron un cuarto menos accesible, el detalle es que había una puerta que conecta a otro cuarto vecino y se escuchaba mucho ruido de los otros huéspedes.

La dueña del hotel fue extremadamente grosera, a la hora de llegar no tenian lo de la reservación asi que nos hicieron esperar unos 40 minutos para que despues al preguntarle a la chica del precio nos dio otro, mas lo que habia pagado al reservar, baja la dueña muy molesta y casi gritando que ahí debiamos pagar todo y que de lo demas me arreglara con expedia, le pregunte si ese dinero fue retenido y que si ahi lo tendria que pagar completo, para decirme que ese no era su problema y que a ella le tengo que pagar completo, mas aparte aumentaba la tarifa unos 100 pesos, sali molesta del hotel que ni estacionamiemto tenia para y encontre uno mejor de menor precio, con mejor atención y mejor habitación.

Muy caro para lo que ofrece, todo es súper sencillo, las toallas del baño muy gastada y algunas rotas, sólo encontré un contacto para cargar el teléfono (era el mismo que el de la TV) no cuenta con estacionamiento y cobra lo mismo que un hotel de 4 o 5 estrellas.
