It was great! Parking was a little confusing but the valet helped explain where the parking garage was (it was $25 to park ourselves in garage or $55 to valet park). It was really easy for us to walk to the Mercedes Benz Stadium for our concert and the staff was friendly.

Once we were checked in, our stay was very nice. However the neighborhood was a little seedy. There were homeless people everywhere. There were "ladies of the evening" . Once our car was valeted, we were able to get in the hotel. The atmospheres were like night and day. The staff was very congenial. And our room was clean and welcoming.

This location is "dont judge a book by its cover". Because the outside looks suspicious but the inside is Immaculate. The staff was on point. Will come back for next year for when momocon comes back.

Building itself is nice, they don’t tell you they charge $55 to valet park you, also it doesn’t feel safe around the building after the sun goes down. Lots of riff raff walking around. Be careful outside when the sun goes down! One tv remote for two TVs, also the bathroom was poorly lit and you basically had to shower in the dark. Otherwise pretty building and friendly staff

The staff is amazing, from security and valet, front desk, kitchen and maintenance..... everyone welcomed you with a smile, and friendliness not found at many places anymore.... would 1000% stay here again if ever travling to Atlanta again.... the area is rough, but thats the whole downtown area, we felt safe and had zero issues with anything.... it has a timeless elegance about it, not fancy by todays standards but thats part of the beauty of this hotel.... the hallways smell amazing ! And nice firm beds.....

My stay was rather pleasant for my first hotel in a handful of years. One thing I can say were the people at the front desk were extremely helpful and I definitely recommend it when it comes to friendly staff. Only down side is the bathroom situation when it comes to the hotel. Since it's a rather old hotel, trying to flush the toilet felt like I might actually break it which is extremely unfortunate. Another thing that was bothersome was the key cards. For some reason, although I only stayed for a week, my key card wasn't working. In total when leaving I had to use 6 different cards for my trip. Besides that it's a wonderful hotel and very close to the marta train station.

Good stay. I would recommend it to others looking for a close hotel to the Masquerade or anything else downtown. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our room didn’t have hot water but we were in a rush so we never asked for a room change. Something to keep note of. Also downtown Atlanta in general is a very dangerous place with a lot of disgusting people. If you’re going there for a trip you are going to want to do an in and out and be quick and just be aware of your surroundings the whole time.

I went to Atlanta for my birthday got to the room didn’t have but one wash cloth 2 towels the room smelled like mildew that’s not the worst part I was locked out my room at 2 in he morning nobody was at the desk to make me a new key I was told by security that no one was at the property at the moment so I had to wait in the lobby for a hour half just to get in my room I really would like my room to be cupped if possible are half my money back I called front desk for towels the next day then was told u have to come down and get them smh

Wasn’t a fan of the 100% valet. As soon as you walk inside, it reeks of marijuana. The area is filled with crackheads and it appears someone was trying to break into my electric vehicle. I got a vehicle recording of someone looking at my rims and then tried my door handle. The toilet didn’t flush properly, the bathroom door couldn’t lock and the bedroom door was broken. Luckily, for me I was only staying one night. Never again!

The room was good sized with standard amenities (fridge, microwave, etc). The room entry door had a problem with opening/closing, but could be done with appropriate force. Most of the staff was friendly and welcoming. This was the most reasonably priced room in close proximity to downtown arenas that we were in town for. Highly walkable area, close to many differnt restaurants. There is a homeless population present in the area, but that was not a problem.
