Elevators didn't work. Washer out of order. Lobby, hallways and breakfast area smelled like weed 24/7. Cans of febreeze available on lobby counter and lounge but didn't help. No shampoo in room or lobby or housekeeping room.

I was told once I made it, I had a hundred cash deposit. It should be advertised bigger or in a certain area to customers to know ahead of time. I still can’t get no solid response on what happening, or how I can get a refund.

This is an older Hampton Inn that is under going a remodel. The hotel was clean and all staff was very welcoming. The free breakfast was plain and didn't change but served it's purpose. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy access to highway for travel to and from.

This is an older hotel that is tired looking. New commodes are stacked near the elevator, along with a tarp that closed off a section/room. The room was clean and all features worked. The price reflects the property condition and is a good value.

It was the worst Hampton Inn I had ever seen. I've stayed at better looking Motel 6 before. Door didn't shut completely felt very unsafe. My daughter wouldn't stay and she bought us a room at the Marriott courtyard so we only spent 20 minutes at Hampton.
