reservation via expedia and payment unclear. initial room toilet not working. alternative room very small. pictures and reality not matching. not sure why it has 9.4 rating. food was bad and took forever to deliver

I had a great stay at the hotel - it was quiet in the rooms down by the river. The garden is a wonderful place for breakfast in the morning and the staff were very helpful.
