We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment complex is incredibly safe with 24/7 security and the location is top notch. Parking was challenging and we chose to park well outside the city and train in to save money. The apartment was huge and a relief from the crowds as there is a nice courtyard. Being located so centrally, it was pretty loud with the nightclubs. If you are a light sleeper I'd ask them which apartment is furthest or might be away from noise, because it was pretty loud and goes until 6am. We had windows closed. I can't imagine in the summer with windows open.

The location was great, just in the middle of hot spots. The terrible things were cause of poor windows, so noisy at nights. No curtains, so noisy transparent windows, less than 3 hours we could sleep.

The location was excellent and the apartment was spacious. However, it wasn’t mentioned that there was no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up to the second-floor apartment. The front desk staff were also not very friendly.

Great location but no elevator! Had a room on the top floor which was four flights of steep steps. Carrying heavy suitcase up and back down was hard. Also loft bedrooms with stairs on one side that were very bad to climb up! Actually very dangerous- looked nice but not functional. This should have been disclosed during booking.

I would say the apartment was 'ok'. It did feel quite tired and didn't feel particularly clean. The bathroom for a family of 4 was tiny and no cleaning or fresh towels throughout our stay which was ok for 3 days. A few tea bags or coffee pods would have been a nice touch, especially as it's rated 4 star. Positives were, location was excellent and when we asked about getting an extra light, (the apartment felt dark), we were given one. Communication was good and emails were answered quickly and politely.

We had a great stay at U Kapra appts. Great communication prior to arrival. The apartment was spacious enough for our family of 4 and was in a fabulous location. Walking distance to all the main attractions and close enough to pop back during the day if needed. The only slight negative was the construction work going on, the noise starts at 7am so there is no chance of a lie in. This will obviously only be temporary and would not say that this was a reason not to book.

We found a very beautiful and big apartment in the city center, with a comfort bedroom with a very big-large living room. The bathroom is comfortable but the shower is smallest. Overall, it is a good apartment in which to spend the holiday time.

The location couldn’t be better: right next to the main square in Prague old town. The apartment was spacious and stylish. However, the bathtub seemed a little dangerous as it was elevated from the floor and had no flat surface on it. Otherwise everything was perfect!
