Friendly staff. Always someone cleaning up inside and out. Room was clean and it was really quiet. I enjoyed walking around the pond in the back. I saw ducks, geese, turtles, bull frogs, really pretty blue dragon flies and even a snake. After a long drive it was nice to just connect with nature and clear my mind. No complaints at all!!

It was safe and quiet. But the bed felt like all springs and uncomfortable they needed to be replaced. No breakfast at all was offered. They need to spray some air fresheners in the hallways and on the elevator as it was very stinky out there. The cable was great.

I’ve had an amazing extended stay at the Wyndham Garden Hotel. The location is peaceful and beautifully landscaped the scenery outside truly adds to the relaxing atmosphere. She is incredibly kind, professional, and helpful every single day. Her welcoming attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were great. The place was clean. The furnishings, old and needing replaced. The pool was very much closed. The window curtain was speckled with holes and the shower curtain definitely needed replaced. The cost to stay here wasn’t much so I can’t complain. Free parking is great.

Some complaints, but overall not terrible

Hotel staff was nice. The place is more modern inside than out, but the renovations are definitely showing wear and tear. Little stuff like lights burnt out in the elevators, scratches down the hallway walls, etc. Our first night we had difficulty sleeping because of the noisy elevator. They promptly relocated us upon request, so props on that. There's no breakfast of any kind offered and the pool was still closed and covered and we stayed in the end of July.

The pictures are partly true, yet decieving. First of all we were excited to have a balcony, the doors to go out of the balcony were super hard to open and close, then, the balconies are about 2 ft wide. It's ok for standing, but you cannot sit outside or enjoy the view. We had a view of a brick wall anyway. And it was very dirty on the balcony with water stains and dirty cobwebs. The hotel is noticeably older. The ceilings were peeling and had water stains also in the room. There were 3 pillows on our king sized bed, they weren't that comfortable, the sheets and bedding looked and felt dusty and gritty. The water in the shower had good pressure and good hot water, The hair dryer was old and dirty. We were not near the elevator yet it sounded like we were constantly at night. The room just had a crappy motel 6 feel to it. They did have coffee in the lobby, but no breakfast. The hotel did feel safe, yet it didn't seem like the pictures at all. I was just expecting to have a better atmosphere than what was advertised. The price was very reasonable, yet I would hope anyone shouldn't ever need to pay over 80.00 a night at this location. I would try it again, but don't have high expectations of staying here.

When we checked in we got a room with water damage and an industrial fan running and a few bugs in the room. Maybe the sliding glass doors were left open. The staff gave us a new room right away. the other room was similar in quality to the whole hotel. It is old and a little run down. it needs updating and deep cleaning. Wood and paint is chipped and worn. carpet is old and warn. rooms are a little small but sufficient for our needs. good location and able to walk to the convention center. Very close to food and shopping.

The staff were very friendly and nice but thats the most positive thing I can say. First thing I notice getting off the elevator was a strong smell of smoke when the hotel is smoke free. My room originally did not have a shower curtain and had to ask for one, tv also didn't work. Then the people next to us you could hear everything going on and it was connected rooms so when they were smoking it was coming into our room. I personally started to have breathing problems. My partner then talked to the front desk and they switched us. Second room door handle would not always lock and our deadbolt lock didn't work. My partner went to the gym and half the machines didn't work. We were suppose to stay for 12 nights. Second day into our stay of the second room plumbing stop working. So we stayed 5 nights and checked out early. I have never felt so sick from that much smoke in a place that it made asthmatic. The staff were very nice but the hotel really needs big changes or something because no one is following the no smoking rule.
