8/10 Very good

Great staff. Everyone helpful and accommodating. The air conditioning in the room was noisy through the night. My biggest issue was the bedding. Two flat sheets covering a soiled duvet does not do it for me. Overall a good stay.

Lovely Hotel

Loved my suite. I stay in this hotel regularly and always love it. Took a swim and spa as well. So good
David, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Very spacious room with comfortable bedding. Common areas could be cleaner (hallways) where guests walk - needed a vacuum and dishes removed etc. A very central location with helpful staff and good on site facilities.
Lisa, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

On check in our room had a really bad odour. After goong down to reception, tje gentleman behind the counter firstly said there was nothing that could be done After arguing with him, he offered a room upgrade to a king with a sofa bed We were told, that we would have to pull the bed out. The room we had booked had two queens. As it was myself and my teen age daughter, all i wanted was a room with two beds. After another discussion, Eventually, tje manager came out and found the same room and out us in it. The shower was broken and the buffet breakfast was cold and it took 25mims for some items to be replenished.

Linda, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Nice hotel close to Canberra attractions. Rooms were comfortable but not high standard as other Rydges. Housekeeping was lacking- no teaspoons, used mugs and glasses not replaced, milk and coffee not replenished. Parking $25 per night. Best part of hotel was the indoor pool.
Fiona, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Very nice experience and lovely for families
janice, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Our third stay here, housekeeping was not up to standard - they came into our room when we were sleeping; room was quite small, marks on walls, shower flooded every night, very dated.
