The Lord Nelson Brewery Hotel and Pub is a lovely place to stay in Sydney. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff is quite friendly. The Pub is, apparently, a local gathering spot as well. The Sydney Opera House, the Circular Quay, and the Harbour Bridge are within walking distance. Circular Quay, as you might know, is the main ferry dock and ferries to all parts of Sydney Harbour and local beaches dock there.

We enjoyed our stay very much but the 60 odd steps up to our third floor room was tiring for a couple in their late 60's. The location was great and it was very quiet and central to our needs. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
