Friendly, polite staff. Warm welcome and even better they gave us a free upgrade! Super big bedroom overlooking the square. No noise at all as windows had extra glazing. Had to switch off heating as very warm. Not sure if aircon available but as it was December we didn’t need it. Well located. Definitely will return.

Our room overlooked Leicester Square, and offered a surprisingly quiet escape from the hustle of central London. The breakfast was a little lacklustre, but this didn’t dampen an otherwise great stay.

Highly recommend this hotel .. easy access to major sights .. staff were friendly and helpful from check in to check out didn’t meet one that wasn’t cheerful ! They are a credit to the hotel. Pillows very very good. Breakfast also very very good and the lady server was attentive and efficient in the right measures.
