Clean and tidy hotel. Brilliant staff. TV didn't work in room and they moved us to a bigger room straight away. Comfy beds, although the air conditioner was so old and loud you couldn't have it on overnight.

Great location , hotel in need of major refurbishm

It was a trip to the South Kensington area and the hotel is well situated for the Museums, tube station and Royal Albert Hall. However, for a Radisson it was poor. The hotel is in need of a major modernisation programme and the rooms looked very tired indeed. There was no information on wi-fi and it seemed a bit grim all round.

Great stay!

The staff were very accommodating and lovely. I was able to get late checkout with no problem. Really great cocktails at the hotel restaurant. The area was incredible. Very convenient with a tube station right nearby, 2 minute walk. There also was a Boots and a Tesco Express supermarket. I will definitely go back to this hotel.

Upsides: - Great location - Friendly staff in reception and bar Downside: - Unusual smell from pillows - Bed felt itchy - Loud ventilation or extractor fan running automatically, had to put in headphones to drown out the sound - Shower unit and the room in general was pretty worn out - Poor soundproofing - Can take a long time to reach your room due to building layout You'd be better off spending £20 less and getting an Ibis, or £20 more and finding a proper 4 star hotel.

Great stay!

I was really pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Yes it feels dated and in need of modernising in a few areas, but I hear that's coming this year. The corridors are a bit of a maze too, so would be annoying if you had lots of heavy cases The staff were incredibly friendly, the bar is a good place to hang out, and the Premium room I opted for was big and spacious. The only thing was that anyone over five foot eight would struggle with the shower as it's tiny Other than that, wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
