The hotel was convenient when it came to shopping and dining. Hotel need to change carpet it’s terrible and smells, inside the rooms need temperature to be corrected it was totally hot at nights and cleaners need to remember to provide towels after cleaning. The rooms need to be renovated. Staff member was accommodating with providing a fan but overall staff members were pleasant.

Closeness to food places. However the gym was horrible, there was water leaking in the gym and towels were left over the floor to soak up the water. Still tried to used the treadmills - none or them worked! The housekeeping service was early - by 9.30 they were knocking to do housekeeping and they did not leave enough towels for two person

My room looked good and was comfortable, and the price was very reasonable. Considering the room included a couch, I felt I got a great deal for the price. I was super happy with the provided shampoo and body lotion. The shampoo was excellent—unlike those in many other hotels, it lathered well and effectively cleaned my hair. I usually bring my own shampoo, but this time, I didn’t need to use it. One area for improvement is the TV’s AirPlay functionality. Although the TV is AirPlay-capable, the internet settings menu was missing, making it impossible to use. The girl who checked me in was awesome and also pretty :) So that’s another reason to come back and stay there again!

The staff and cleanliness was at a satisfactory level. But the status of the property is in decline and definitely does not align with holiday inn standards. I have stayed and worked at holiday inn for years. This hotel is falling apart. Furniture so worn it looks like they took it from the trash pile at goodwill. Interior was actually falling apart. Wholes in the wooden dresser. Crack and holes in the grout in the shower. Permanent dirt stains on the white headboards. Absolutely not worth price.
