Very friendly welcome, help taking the suitcases upstairs, nice bedroom with plenty of drink sachets and toiletries. Very comfy bed. Absolutely fantastic breakfast with plenty of options for vegetarians. Great location neat to the south side cliffs. Handy for the main town.

Ideal position near the Italian gardens. On street parking quite busy but a free parking card is given on arrival. We enjoyed our stay and plenty of choices for a lovely breakfast.

A great experience. The hostess greeted us outside and made sure we found free parking. The room and en-suite were exceptionally clean! The beds were comfy and nice toiletries were a treat! The hostess ensured we had everything we need and was available throughout our stay. Lots of information provided in the room. The free breakfast was amazing quality! Cooked to perfection! There were different options you could choose from. Perfect stay, would stay again.

Excellent hotel in the South Bay area of Scarborough. Very clean, tidy and in a quiet area. Great breakfast with quality ingredients (I've stayed in other hotels before where this is not the case) and would definitely stay here again.
