I loved the location, so close to many shopping and eateries and close to the strip. Staff was very friendly and helpful but checking in and out a bit confusing and frustrating and elevators need a bit of touching up. Rooms were Clean but had a musty smell that woke me up too in the middle of the night. Otherwise good stay and would stay again since price was reasonable.

The Luxor was amazing I always like these themed hotels. This one in my opinion is the best, it may be older but I feel it's very well maintained. Food options are great. We did not use the casino we were there for BTS two nights in a row. This hotel has easy walking access to the stadium which we loved. The pool was great. Other than one rude cleaning lady we had an excellent time. I would stay here again.

What I liked about showing up at 11am is I got to check in my bags. We took off to the strip for like 3 hours when we got back our room was ready at 2 we got to our room changed and hit the pool. Diablo cantina is awesome and the food is hella good Puro Birria vampire tacos 😂 Q-voooooo

Property seemed kinda run down but did look like they were remodeling. The room was clean but room service kept trying to kick us out at 11am a day before our checkout which was annoying after being out all night. The casino was alright not enough tables to play but plenty of slots. But is a walk to the strip.

I’ve never had a dirty or questionable room! Clean and big, well kept offer housekeeping daily if you need it. Pyramid restaurant great food and staff. AC works great! If you need a refrigerator they charge 25$ daily if you need it. They have small med refrigerators for free use. Lots of coolers at check in.

In town for concerts. Very short walk to Allegiant. Room clean. Checking in was a long wait and annoyingly, a do it yourself set up. There are no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms which is a challenge when ordering food in. My room was above the rideshare drive through and drivers were honking till after 1am.

No smart TV so if you want to watch Netflix Hulu, youtube, prime, etc... pack a fire stick. Also, no USB ports so don't forget yours. No coffee machine, no fridge and no microwave. Depending on where your room is, you may have to take some really long walks to get to the pool, the entrance, the casino or the restaurant. Staff were friendly and the room was clean.

We stayed in the pyramid rooms and only half the outlets worked in the room and the one on the table next to the bed was got it miss. The hotel was in need of upgrades and little repairs and fixes that's could have been fixed with a coat of paint or an extra screw weren't done. The staff was very friendly, which was their saving grace. The restaurants we went to had good service and good food. I'm just used to a better attention to detail from other strip hotels I usually stay at more center strip.

Stayed here because it was close to Allegiant Stadium. Bathrooms were updated. The beds were comfortable. There was an iron with ironing board, and a hair dryer. But no mini fridge, no microwave, no coffee maker. You can buy waters there for $7-8 a bottle. Housekeeping is good, room was clean. Elevators are a little finicky to use, and there was even an exit sign in the hallway that was hanging by its wires which made it look kinda ghetto. They should probably fix that.

This is my third stay in this hotel (location is most convenient for my work trip) and it really needs a refresh... rooms are very worn out, carpets, shower (mould in the joints!) They have now introduced a self check in system that was supposed to alleviate the long queues (45 mins to check in after a 12 hour flight is less than ideal). However, sometimes customers require human intervention, and there is now very little staff around to support. It could be so much better, given the excellent location

The room was pretty clean. I enjoyed it a lot. Definitely needs update at least in the pyramid. While the elevators are cool or inclinators as they call them. They are older and a lot of peeling paint. Carpets are old school. Not a bad thing but at least they could be new. But overall it was quite nice and I would consider it. Budget luxury. All the hotel staff was awesome. We ate at the public house and it was pretty darn good. The casino was real nice and we really enjoyed our stay

The room was large with nice windows but it is definitely old and outdated. The tiles in the bathroom were moldy and the smells coming from the bath and shower drains were AWFUL. It's nice to be able to go to the Mandalay Bay pool. LUXOR POOL is chill for the older peeps that just want to lay around. Nice there were not many children. The food options are very limited compared to nearby hotels. Walking in Vegas is a must but the Luxor is a little farther down the strip so a lot of ubering. The cleaning staff was lovely.

The hotel is a 15 minute walk from Alegiant Stadium, and I was in Vegas to see a concert at Alegiant, so that was super convenient. The room and hotel in general was very clean but average. The beds were comfortable. There was no refrigerator in the rooms and the TV remote didnt work. The Titanic exhibit inside the hotel was awesome. It was nice having a foot court if you didnt feeling like leaving the hotel to go get food. Check in was terrible. I used the kiosks to check in. It said I would receive an email shortly with my room information. That email never came, so I then had to go wait in line to talk to a person and that took about half an hour if not longer.

This property was good enough for me to feel safe and secure, have a bed to sleep in, and a room to lock up my things in while I traveled, so it meets the minimum requirements. Beyond that it didn't offer much. There was no interaction with staff during the fully automated check-in process, so no opportunity to ask any questions, and when I got to my first room it had obviously not been cleaned. They moved me to a fresh room but it took about an hour to do so after a long travel day. I was on the 21st floor so it regularly took about 15 minutes to walk/elevator from the lobby to my room. There was no wifi signal available in the room, an old TV that turned off and on by itself with standard definition cable, lights that flickered off and on constantly, no refrigerator, no coffee maker, no closet (there was a small hanging rack in the room), a broken luggage rack, a run-down, old looking bathroom, etc. It was not super comfortable but it did suffice for a weekend.
