Hotel had an odd…… odor? And the floors were sticky. We were only staying for one night and a quick stop, so we didn’t say anything.

Nice property, But could be Better.

This hotel is just OK. I've stayed here before and there is never anyone at the Desk.The clerk is always somewhere else. When I arrived for this stay I had to ring the bell and wait and then the attendant from an upstairs banister said "May I help you?" I'm thinking, 'Not from Up There !!! I had to say well I'm trying to check in, before she would come down and wait on me... REALLY !!!! The Pool is always "closed for the season "!!! It always smells poorly in the hall and stairways.

This hotel property has seen its better days as far as overall cleanliness and condition. While the inside of my room was okay, the hallways were dank, musty smelling and poorly lighted. No elevator to access the second floor, dirty stairwells and room doors were also poorly maintained.

Room was very clean and modern. The bathroom could use some help. Paint was not fixed after remodel. Rusty toilet paper and towel holder. Bathtub was cracked inside so could take a bath. Just could use more updating in the bathroom. Hotel was very nice following their renovation. Great selection of snacks and to go meal options in the lobby. Staff wasnt rude but was particularly friendly.

Dishonesty

I chose this hotel and paid a higher price for one reason: the indoor pool. I arrive and sign said it's "Closed for the season". Indoor pools don't have season. How dishonest of them to advertise that in the photos and not have it available.
