This was our first time in Buenos Aires and the Bens Recoletta was a great place to stay. The concierge was very helpful. I know only a little Spanish and we were able to communicate with ease. It was comforting to know there was always someone on duty at the desk.

This is a great hotel to stay in. Great reception staff, very nice room and breakfast. Only they’re very slow to clean the room even after being asked 2-3 times. One breakfast staff should be advise not to be on their phone so much! Amdu great location.

Staff are exceedingly helpful and lovely. Room is very tidy and comfortable and hotel is located in the very nice Recoleta suburb. Pharmacy next door, and a small supermarket on the same road. Very convenient. Highly recommend.

Great location and front desk. Early checkin. Good breakfast. 1/3 of room had large shaky dining table but kitchen only had 2 plates, bowls, cups. No utensils, pans, coffee machine or kettle. Electrical shock from exposed wire on night lamp. Soaked when turned on tub and water poured from shower head. Front desk sent up handyman for repairs. He stood in shower with shoes and tried to clean up with bathmat. Cleaners refolded dirty, wet bathmat. They replaced it two days later but never wiped black marks off tub. Tub also had mold issues. Finally, found pink shirt and other things left in closet.

The best thing were the front desk employees Christian, Santiago, and Erik excellent people skills they go out of their way to help and book activities I was really happy with the customer service. I wish the pillows and the bed were softer. Ask for a room that doesn't face the street. The breakfast was good with several fruits, cereals, yogurt, eggs, and sausage.
