This is my first time staying here, with my 3 young adult kids. It was a great 1 night stay, and we had breakfast at the restaurant which was delicious and the staff was very friendly. My only complaints would be there was zero data service in our room, the bathroom fan didn't work at all, and the beds were a bit too firm for my liking. Overall i would stay there again

Parowan is a small town and this is a small mountain lodge as the name implies. I would liken it to a ski lodge. It looked a little rough from the outside but the room was great. It is spacious with very comfy beds and nice linen. The water pressure was excellent. Lots of counter/storage space as well as a fridge and microwave.

Decent stay at a very affordable cost

We stayed two nights. The room we stayed in was very decent considering the inexpensive price. The beds were comfortable and the linens clean. The mini fridge and microwave worked fine. We did ask the front desk to come vacuum because the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned, but the staff responded by taking care of it while we were gone for several hours. The hand soap and body wash also needed to be refilled, but those were minor issues. We were unsure what to expect, having read a few very negative reviews among a larger group of positive reviews. I'm a no-frills 'motel-er'. I just want a clean room with good beds where the equipment works—shower, toilet, etc. I think this place met that criteria satisfactorily.

The bathroom was not very clean, and the toilet tank would not fill without taking the lid off and messing with it. We reported it the first day, but they never fixed it over our 3 days there.

The Staff at reception was very nice and helpful. Room assigned was terrible. Apparently a full-time resident living in room next door with a barking dog & big sign in window "beware of dog", room was very run down. Overall hotel property was tired. Fortunately the gentleman at reception moved me to a better room & I was able to sleep.
