I recomed this hotel 5 stars because, My family and I enjoyed our stay and the services offered to us. The comfort and appearance of everything in the hotel are very good, the cleanliness, the security, the food and above all the friendliness of the staff. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious. A hand towel was used to clean up a spill the next morning a charge was put on my card for $25 when I asked about the charge they said it was due to a stained towel I asked to see the towel they said it was in laundry . I asked them to give it to me since I now owned the repeated it’s in laundry and would let the manager know. No solution . I blocked them from making future charges on my card!!! Take your own linen!!! Very unprofessional and rude.
