A tucked away hotel which is lovely inside and out. Acknowledged by lovely staff each time. Rooms cleaned daily & perfect. Heated pool a bonus. Beautiful view from roof & tranquil garden outside. Great stay.

It is walking distance to the famous Olle trail. Staff was super helpful. They were a little understaffed on the day we arrived with the front desk person also waiting tables in the restaurant. Lovely quiet area of Jeju.

The jacuzzi was not cleaned throughly. Once started a lot of dirt comes out of it. The area is far away but quiet. Lots of mosquitoes and insects there.

GoldOne is a wonderful hotel. Several people in the staff speak a very good English. The rooms are comfortable and elegant and with a view. I liked the location on the top of a gully full of vegetation that runs down to the sea. Here and there you see the occasional palm tree, it reminded me of the Amalfi coast.

The room was spacious and clean. The jacuzzi, however, was placed in an odd spot by the window overlooking the pool—great in theory, but in practice we had to keep the blinds down for privacy, which took away the “view” experience (unless you’re comfortable using it in a swimsuit). The floors were slightly squeaky. On a brighter note, we had dinner at the Italian restaurant on-site, and the Aglio Olio was absolutely delicious—one of the best I’ve ever had! Free parking and free laundry were also great perks.

This is a four star luxury hotel. The staff was professional, courteous, kind and truly went well above the call of duty to make our stay the most pleasurable and convenient stay we’ve ever had. The facilities were gorgeous and well maintained. The on site restaurant was high quality and delicious. The staff was always ready to give recommendations for local dining, excursions, most efficient way to get to wherever we wanted to go. Great option for singles, families and business people. I had a great stay overall with no major issues or complaints. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and hospitable, which made the experience even more pleasant. The location is excellent—close to several attractions and just a 10-minute walk to the beach. While the walk to the beach includes a small hike, it’s a scenic and enjoyable route. The food options at the hotel were somewhat limited, but they seemed suitable for visitors who prefer dining out. One standout aspect was the driver provided by the hotel, Mr. Park. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and made our local travel smooth and enjoyable. The pool was nice and inviting, though I did notice some algae floating and along the walls, which raised a bit of concern about maintenance. The rooftop garden on the 6th floor was a lovely spot to relax and unwind. Overall, a good experience with a few minor areas for improvement. Would recommend for a comfortable and friendly stay.

I was honestly impressed by how uniquely the hotel expresses its own brand identity. The ocean view was amazing, and the spacious rooms, along with the pool and gym, really showed how much they care about the guests. The restaurant was top-notch—absolutely high quality. But what stood out the most was the staff. They were so cheerful and polished, yet consistently polite and warm. That really surprised me in the best way.
