I travel a lot and am usually wary of budget hotels, but the SureStay exceeded my expectations. While plain, the lobby and the room was very clean and comfortable (none of the weird smells you get a lot in other budget stays). The staff was also very friendly. Recommended if you just want a basic, clean room and don't want to spend 30-50% more for the somewhat fancier hotels just down the street.

If you just need a place to sleep/rest after a long drive then this is a great place to check into. Rooms are clean and have A/C. Weird set up though; front desk is at the front of the facility; you'll need to enter via "side entrance" to get to your room.

Second time I've stayed here. The property is fairly quiet given the location. The front desk person was very friendly and efficient. The room is comfortable and clean. It would be nice if there was a personal coffee maker in the room, but that's a minor quibble. I'll be back!

Its a fine hotel for an overnight or a weekend if youre stopping through. Older place low ceilings not great ventalation no elevator (only 3 floors). Staff was good and friendly and the pool and hot tub were working and clean.

OK in Ellensburg

Carpet in room very worn and ratty, in need of replacement. For some reason the ONLY place in the US and Canada over almost 3 months',of travel where our credit cards were not accepted (their bank?). Pool and spa very nice.

The hotel is a little bit in the older side. That being said there is no elevator so kinda hard to get up to the room if you got Achs and pains. It has been well cared for and repairs done so it was a comfortable clean stay!

Well maintained

Best Western is a respected name and this place did not disappoint. The room was very clean. The bathroom could have used the toothbrush treatment but not many people, other than myself, clean with a toothbrush in one hand to get the corners and other hard to reach places. The bed was comfy. The staff was wonderful. I would stay here again.
