The property is very charming, clean and uniquely designed. The service is great; polite and ready to please. The surrounding beach, however, leaves a lot to be desired. The very unkind Magdalena River unloads metric tons of driftwood and other natural junk on the surrounding area on a daily basis. The hotel staff do their best to clean their section of sand, resulting in piles of garbage on both sides of your beach.

La atención pésima, aunque recibí un correo de confirmación de la reserva cuando llegamos al "hotel" a las 9 pm, este establecimiento tenía las puertas cerradas, no tiene ni siquiera una recepción como cualquier otro hotel, apenas tiene un timbre en la puerta; luego de timbrar nos hablo una señora al otro lado de la puerta (nunca abrió la puerta, ni logramos tener una atención cara a cara) quien nos informo que no estaba autorizada para permitirnos el ingreso, que como habíamos hecho la reserva, y se comunico con otra señora por teléfono quien se supone se llama Carol y es la dueña, a quien tuvimos que llamar porque según Carol no teníamos ninguna reservación, a lo que le respondimos que teníamos el correo de Hoteles.com, la Sra Carol siempre negó la reservación, argumentando que nunca la recibió. Adicionalmente, la ubicación nos daba en Puerto Colombia y ese establecimiento esta ubicado en Salgar.
