Check in was great. I was upgraded for free. Disappointed in the fact that there was no coffee in the room. The pool and fitness center were closed with no pre notice. The breakfast was non existent.

The staff was very helpful. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived around 5’ish. The room was very dirty, ripped lampshade, ripped mattress pad, coffee maker area was filthy along with bathroom floor. Room itself wasn’t bad - definitely needs a much better cleaning job.

Dissatisfied Stay

Our room was surprisingly unclean. Mold grew on the bathroom ceiling from lack of ventilation. Hair covered every part of the toilet,the rest of the room was clearly not dusted in a while and only 1 of our tvs worked. The bedding seemed to be the only clean part of the room. This was our second stay at this hotel for our annual family trip. Last year was a good stay. To come back this year and witness such a deline in quality was unfortunate. The pool, arcade and gym were all closed. The breakfast was 'grab and go' but my kids didn't even want to eat it. Where last time there were more and better options.

Awful experience

The first room we were sent to hadn’t even been cleaned, so we had to take all of our stuff to another room. At 3:00 in the morning, the fire alarms went off, due to someone smoking in their room. None of the amenities were available, due to construction. No pool, no workout room, nothing! “Breakfast was a joke…toast and bagels and cereal! This was definitely the worst hotel I’ve stayed in.

Pathetic

I was with my family for two nights and had a terrible experience. Breakfast was pathetic serving only cereal, bread and apples. Only condiment available with bread was butter. Juice machines didn't have juice. No other fruits, yoghurt, flavored milk or eggs. One of the days they even closed the breakfast early for no good reason. The pool and gym were closed. No housekeeping. No coffee pods in the room despite coffee machines being there. Even the bedsheets in the room were not washed. I will never come back here.

Father’s Day weekend

Staff was awesome but the fact that we were given a room that was ready yet so we waited 15 minutes. Went back in to people already staying in that room. Was given another room but it wasn’t clean either. Finally given a different room than what I had rented. Got up there and key didn’t work. Being with 2 3 year olds that were tired it was not fun. It would have been nice if the website would have stated that the pool was as closed would have been nice as well. Staff was amazing it was just the miscommunication that we had to go through all this.

The hotel met our needs. Rooms were dated but fine. Wasn't expecting much so wasn't disappointed. Would I stay here again, yes if needed. One of the better hotels in the area for the price paid

The hotel was a bit dated though it's clear upgrades had been made a few years back. The common areas were a bit dingy and the room was well appointed but the suite furniture showed signs of much use, the bed was comfortable, the bathrooms were a bit small and cramped.
