Overall stay at Bastion was acceptable but was let down by lack of attention to detail i.e. numerous requests for extra towels and toilet rolls. Also TV did not work and at the end of our stay had still not been resolved ( hotel notified 3 times). No kettle in room and again 3 requests before it was provided.

The gotel is advetised as Horel Bastipn Central it is definately not ventral it cost 16 euro for a taxi to the station which is in the centre we yried to check in at 15.00hrs we eventuallly got our room key at 5pm ubacceptable . They charged top rates but gave a terrable service.

Het zijn de kleine dingen die het niet doen.

Dit hotel is prima als je een overnachting nodig hebt, maar verwacht geen toevoeging aan je reisplezier. Onze kamer was heel groot met vier bedden (niet om gevraagd), twee ramen maar toch donker en (daarom) zes schemerlampen, maar waarvan slechts de helft het deed. De bedden zijn zacht en de hoofdkussens heel dik. Desgevraagd bleek er geen andere kussens te krijgen, dus nekpijn. De TV, hoewel groot formaat, is zo gemonteerd tussen de vier bedden dat niemand er goed op kan kijken. Fijn dat er thee en koffie gezet kan worden, maar waarom alleen één soort thee (kamillethee) en één soort koffie (onbekend welke, anonieme cupjes). Kortom, basic, en met een paar kleine ingrepen zoveel gastvrijer te maken.

-Onder het bed lag veel stof. Bij inchecken gemeld, niets aan veranderd. -licht in halletje gekoppeld aan schemerland. Niet praktisch, is geen gezellig licht. - geen bordje met niet storen aanwezig in kamer. -geen fysieke handleiding aanwezig voor gebruik tv.,airco, etc. -gordijn mist veel haken, erg slordig gezicht. -onderlaken te kort in lengte voor grote bed.
