Good location but....

Good location, the hotel itself was pretty. There is no elevator so if you are on the 3rd floor like we were be prepared to lug your bags up 2 flights of steps. Front desk personnel was mostly friendly, one guy not so much and he was there for most of our stay. Rooms are nice enough, pretty small, not a lot of space, no fridge, no safe, no full length mirror, but the bed was comfy. There is on-site parking which was a plus. Overall it's a decent hotel and the price was right especially for Jazzfest weekend.

The room was good for one night's stay. Bed was really comfortable just not a fan of the feather pillows. New Orleans is historic and so was the hotel just could use some updates. The shower curtain didn't fit in the shower so there was water every where from taking showers. If i every port or of New Orleans again I'd try a different place. Quiet for the area and 4 minutes to the French quarter.

The staff at the front desk was super courteous, especially Johnathan in the evening. The hotel was very cute and had a nice courtyard area and the pool looked great. The rooms were cute, though be prepared not to have cable in the room, you'll have to use streaming services.

Location was good and room was spacious and good but isolation was terrible. it was very noisy (close to a main road) and you could hear everything from the room next door…. In addition I had an issue with reception regarding leaving my suitcase on check out. I contacted the hotel several times but never got a response….

We had an amazing stay in this hotel, very clean, super nice staff, comfortable beds and we felt very safe as there is always someone on the main desk and you must buzz to get into the property. Very nice courtyard and a gas station next door with AMAZING fried chicken and yummy ham breakfast sandwiches. Walking distance to everywhere in the French Quarter and a bus stop outside the front door. Highly recommend this hotel and I would happily stay here again.

Very friendly staff. Noisy by the street during Mardis Gras. ( not the hotels fault) beds were comfortable but no glasses in bathroom. Nice lounge area.
