The staff is very nice and friendly and as helpful as they could be. The rooms were very clean . The hotel is older and upkeep could use help.they said they had new staff which would probably explain why a lot of different things were not taken care of. Hopefully with more training they will get better

From the minute I checked in to the day I checked out.. terrible all around, room was dirty and no hot water through out our stay. They gave us a room that someone was already in and then later gave someone else our room when we were already in the room and they opened our door. They had no clue what rooms were clean or assigned.

It was a pretty nice place but one of the main reasons I got a room there is because it had a indoor pool and hot tub that ended up not being open and there was nothing about that online.

This was a Drury Inn previously and likely was just purchased by Heritage/Wyndham. It obviously needs a complete make over. In the room the closet door would not close. The room had a musty smell. The lamp over the sitting chair did not work. Breakfast left a lot to be desired compared to other hotels.
