I visited the big island with my best friend for a conference. The conference was at the Fairmont Orchid and Waimea was a perfect stay! I appreciated staying in a cozy place, in such a cute city. The country lodge had everything I needed for my 5 day stay and was within driving distance to all the places we went to!

We stay here often. No frills, but the rooms are comfortable and staff is helpful and friendly. Just due to rural location, WiFi is weak in case you need to do business, not the best connection. Also, water pressure is slight again likely rural living. Otherwise, very comfortable.

Super nice staff with clean accommodations. Walls were paper, thin and we were up much of the night because the people next-door were up late talking. However, we appreciated the flexibility of being moved the next day.

The staff were very helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed to make a meal. Also, close to a coffee shop, grocery store and numerous restaurants. We enjoyed the stay. The only drawback was a rooster. But, Hawaii loves their chickens!
