I cannot speak highly enough about the staff. They were all super helpful and friendly. The hotel itself had a lot of construction, and I was a bit upset that there was nothing mentioned about the pool being closed when I booked, but the staff went above and beyond to assist me multiple times so I highly recommend this hotel.

Great place but a bit noisy in the mornings.

The room was very comfortable and very clean. However the only thing that bothered me was that the cleaning staffs started making noises and loud talking in the aisle since 7am. And for many times the noises made me woke up.

Best breakfast buffet ever! Beautiful garden. Friendly and helpful staff. The only downside is the poor access to the laundry machines, going through stairs and doors to an outdoor backyard washroom that does not appear hygienic enough. It would be 5 stars if the laundry facilities are closer to the guest rooms. It is a great hotel for business and events!

Nice hotel with nice amenities and great location

It was a nice hotel and comfortable room. The shower was the best feature. There was several baseball teams staying during our time which made for a busy and loud lobby but nothing too bad. The breakfast buffet was very nice. I was little disappointed that the Club Lounge put away their snacks early in the evening and had only chips and chocolate in the afternoon. It was walking distance to Kokusai Street which was very convenient. We would stay again.
