I've been to Vietnam a few times and let me tell you, this is by far the best hotel we've stayed at. You're welcomed by friendly staff and you truly feel like royalty. This is my favorite hotel so far. Get the club lounge, it was worth it. The breakfast buffet was the best. We get the salted coffee every morning and night. It was that good. I would stay here a million times!

The view from the room and lounge was truly amazing, and the breakfast was so sophisticated, especially the Vietnamese dim sum, sambal, was so delicious that I would stay again just to have this breakfast. I also appreciate that they were able to accommodate the requests I had asked for in advance. At check-in, there may have been some misunderstanding due to my poor English, but the receptionist did not exchange my Japanese yen for dong, and I wasted a lot of time learning unfamiliar cash-out procedures in the middle of the night, which was disappointing, The next day, I avoided that receptionist and dared to ask another staff member to exchange money, and it turned out to be all right.

We greatly value the high standards and reputation of the Marriott brand, which is why we feel compelled to address this matter constructively. Unfortunately, the laundry service provided during our stay fell short of our expectations. Our clothes were not properly washed, which caused some inconvenience during our trip. However, please rest assured that we managed to find a third-party vendor to assist us with this issue, and our garments were successfully laundered. While we appreciate the efforts of your team, we wanted to share this feedback to help improve the experience for future guests. We believe that consistent attention to detail and quality of service are vital in maintaining the outstanding reputation of your establishment.

They refused to add membership card to booking because reservation was not booked directly - but they'll gladly take your membership to buy and spend at the restaurant They have glass bottles of water (that they refill ) in the room that they will charge you for if you accidentally break or take with you. Location is fine, room is nice but overall cheaping out on things that cost them nothing makes this not a hotel I would never return to.

Love at first sight

Straight to the point, the Vinpearl Landmark 81 Autograph Collection is absolutely amazing! The staff truly believes in making you feel welcomed and valued - excellent service from your arrival, check-in, breakfast and any time you’re in the hotel. I had the panoramic view from my room on the 62nd floor and it was such an incredible view to wake up to every morning. The finishes all look elegant and modern. The food for breakfast was spectacular and I was blown away by the food provided on the lounge which I opted for access too! You can literally skip dinner out and eat there it’s such a good spread and offered top-shelf liquor if you want to start the fun before heading out. I was so pleased I’ll be telling all friends and travelers this is your place. It’s not in the heart of the action but literally a $3 grab ride from whatever you want to do and see. Come back to a beautiful space to relax and sleep. The gym is absolutely incredible and the pool has a view you could stare at for hours. Thank you for a tremendous stay.
