The trip was excellent.We attended a concert and I treated my mom to the gold room. However, I booked their hotels.com and then the fair amount when checking in.They charged me again for the room. Which i'm waiting for the money back. Not sure why this happened and hopefully it gets resolved this week. Other than not the hotel is one of my favorites.

Booked the Royal Gold experience as a Christmas gift to ourselves. It was worth every penny. The ambiance, the facilities, the special lounge exclusively for Royal Gold clients. It was all lovely. Breakfast Was included, as well as afternoon tea, evening canapés and evening desert. There were also other bar and dining options but we never felt it necessary to partake of them. Plus, all of downtown Toronto’s attractions are literally right outside the door.

The Gold experience was well worth the price. Beautiful large room with great view of the CN Tower. The Gold Lounge is the best club lounge we have experienced. Probably the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. The Gold experience is a definite must for future reservations. It was so convenient for traveling by train and seeing a show.
