I don’t usually stay at Japanese hotel chains, but chose this one at my family's request. Although we booked a larger room, it still felt extremely cramped—there was barely enough space to open a suitcase.
The towels had an unpleasant odor, and the bathtub had hair left in it, which made me question the cleanliness of the room. It didn’t feel sanitary at all.
We asked the front desk in advance to book a taxi for our return, but they used Uber without informing us. Despite using Uber, they didn’t input the destination, and the driver ended up negotiating a fare with us—resulting in us paying more than expected.
Breakfast was supposed to be available at four partner restaurants near the hotel between 8:00 and 10:00, but when we visited one, the staff told us the hotel’s breakfast menu wouldn’t be available until 12:00 and turned us away.
Overall, I was very disappointed with the stay and wouldn’t choose this hotel again.
