Had a great stay overall! Breakfast was very good, better than I've had at other hotels for sure. Pool area was very clean and the pool was heated which is a big plus for my kids! The only thing I wasn't a fan of was room cleanliness. The bathroom floor was dirty with leftover wrappers/tp from previous guests and the fridge had items left in it. For the cost I feel the room could've been cleaner, I shouldn't have to clean the fridge out when I'm paying that much for a vacation. Then made me wonder what else wasnt cleaned and was skipped as well.

First time in Grand Haven with my daughters. Many attractions near by, I enjoyed the convenience. They don’t have an elevator but other than that the room was clean. Pool area was clean and the water felt amazing. Definitely recommend if traveling with children. Breakfast was average. Service was good, overall I recommend!

If you are looking for allergies., this is it!

My room had a very musty smell to it. Walls had damage to it, including baseboards. The shower ran over into the bathroom area because there are no borders between the shower floor and the regular bathroom floor. After being on the road all day this was my own Place to stay and I just dealt with it. Will not visit this location again. The place itself needs a upgrade.

Baymont Beware

Best part of the stay was a warm shower. The venue was very dated, rooms were very small and dirty. For the first two days the AC in the main lobby was out, so that was exhausting. While there was a cleaning service, they apparently do not work on Friday’s. The daily replacement of clean towels and garbage cleaning did not happen. If you wanted towels, you had to chase them for yourself. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience for the price $220 /night.

Disappointed with stay and service

My room was reserved through hotels.com, I paid $50 online and had receipt showing I would pay the balance at the hotel. But upon checking in, they charged me the full price and said I had to get the $50 refund from hotels.com. Also the comforter was dirty, and the room was quite different than how it looked online, very disappointed in this stay.
