Nice central location to visit our family.

We enjoyed the reception staff except for a couple men who weren’t and seemed irritated when asked a question. The rest of the staff were very nice and readily offered assistance.

Great value for money. Not very central to Berlin, but when the public transport is working it's very easy to get to the heart of the city. Only complaint is the lack of soundproofing- if you have noisy travellers on your floor, you will hear them very clearly.

Old rooms and not fresh at all, very bad service and we did not feel welcome. They were not helpful, close to the road so you can hear traffic the whole night. Free parking around the hotell but when I asked they just wanted me to pay 50 euro for theirs instead of telling me there was also free Parking.

The hotel enjoy Berlin was absolutely terrible. There was limited services such as no replacement of toilet paper or soap. The room was given with a broken sink and shower which was not a good environment. The noise level in the building was not controlled. The towels that we were given had questionable stains on them. The pullout bed had uncomfortable metal rods sticking out.

Hotellet virkede gammelt og slidt, men overordnet set var det i ok stand. Det, der trækker mest ned er hotellets senge, der på ingen måde er komfortable - dyner og puder var heller ikke meget værd. Derudover er hotellet meget lydt, hvilket man virkelig bemærker når man bor på etage med gæster, der går ud og ind af deres værelser hele tiden - dørene smækker nemlig af sig selv.
