Really enjoyed staying at this location! Building was clean and safe, room was clean, great options for sitting outside and walkable distance to downtown shops and restaurants. More inside signs leading to the Sonder rooms would improve the stay, as the halls all look the same and can be confusing. Overall great place to stay

The rug in the living area was thread barren and had a large stain on it. It was difficult for two people to access the queen bed, as one side of the bed was against the wall. Clean other than the rug. The courtyard was nice, but it smelled of cigarette and weed smoke, so this was not a place I wished to enjoy in the evening.

The apartment was clean and well equipped for my husband and I. The only issue was the bed was really hard. Everything else was great! The building was clean and well maintained. It was centrally located but the sound of the highway was loud all day and night. Parking is limited so I recommend buying a parking pass when you book. Communication was great! We could not access our room with code given i finally received a new code the next day I was given credit for 1 day lost on reservation we liked our room I did request vinagar to clean black moss out of dishwasher and I had to scrub the filter to dishwasher that’s a good thing for cleaners to always check The tub had blk bugs coming out of drain I poured the vinagar down drain to get rid of those Otherwise everything was very good for us and the concierge was extremely helpful Thankyou we hope to stay again wonderful location for our hospital visits we had to do

Hallways hadn’t been vacuumed for quite some time. Couch and chair in sitting area looked like they just returned from the thrift store. Dirt stains and a lot of wear. Had to put a sheet down before sitting in them. Walls had scuff marks and shoe prints all over them. You can only watch tv if you hook up your own device to the tv. Instructions were very specific. For those who leave low marks because they couldn’t get into their unit or car was towed, don’t read instructions. They were very thorough. The area leaves a little to be desired. What looks like an abandoned church with a big BLM sign right across the street and some vacant lots.

The property is very nice, and char support was immediate. But my god was the bed uncomfortable—all the pillows were overstuffed in the worst way, and the mattress was like a slab of cement. My partner actually prefers a firm mattress and even he didn’t sleep well here.

The Sonder rental unit we stayed in was a comfortable efficiency apartment in an apartment building with mostly rented residential units. Perfect for our needs for 4 days in Phoenix. Within walking distance of Roosevelt Arts District restaurants (15 mins.) and even downtown/convention center (30 mins.) We also enjoyed the 2nd floor outdoor lounge one nice evening. Only complaint about our unit was the bathroom sink drained very slowly. Otherwise everything was great. Also took about 10 minutes to download the parking app for the garage. But enjoyed the in/out privilege and convenience.

If you like a rock solid bed and tvs not in the room and you have to pay for parking as well this is the place for you. I tried to get a refund for the rest of the stays after my first night due to be super uncomfortable but they refused so they moved me into another room with the same bed. So I put Bolth the comforters on top of the mattress for some cushion.

Booked this specific Sonder for heated pool However it was not heated and we couldn’t use our fob to access the joining building with the hot tub. Chat on the app was inconsistent we’re home form our trip and still waiting to hear why the heater wasn’t working or how to get our fob to work for the hot tub space.
