Arrived at this hotel at 2am in the morning. Left the hotel at before 7am for business. It’s only for small 5 hours. Our credit card was charged $250 dollars for alleging us stolen pillows and beddings. We called the hotel why we are charged at first they said we are smoking in the room and then changed the story and said we stole pillows and beddings. We never gotten any results for the complaint we made.

Didn’t list the pool was closed on hotels.com. Light in the bathroom barely worked and couldn’t see anything. Right side of bed sat lower than the left side. Security door on the side of the building wasn’t locked,so anyone could walk in.

Hotel was conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. The pool was closed for repairs, but was not told about the repairs when I made my reservation. Our room was missing the curtains on the window, so I had to hang a blanket on the window.

It was pretty good. My husband and I didn't like the pillows they were too flat and we wish we had more towels and for a place to put the hand towel rather than the counter. The room itself was clean. The complementary breakfast was pretty good. The waffle maker was my husbands favorite
