Great stay, sweet staff - breakfast…

We had an amazing experience in Radisson, Malmø. The staff was super nice! However, the breakfast did not live up to our standards, also in terms of hygiene. No hand sanitizer in sight, the butter was basically melted (as it was placed next to something hot), and the chairs were dirty. People also left the tongs (with the parts that were touched by unclean hands) right on top of fresh cheese, which was not appetizing. Overall, great stay and sweet staff, the room was nice and big - but the breakfast was a bit disappointing.

Clean your rooms

Very dusty, air conditioning unit unclean, will get sick while being here if you have allergies. Other than the outstanding customer service the place is junk. We have stayed at a Radisson Hotel in the past and this is nothing like the chain. Very disappointed a good job hiring the employees at this location they were great. Clean the place.

Underwhelming for Radisson Blu

Every single noise made in the hallway outside of the room can be heard at all times of the day (experienced the same on multiple floors). The bed frame was squeaking at the slighest movement, and the queen-size bed was in fact not one, but rather two twin-sized beds with a thin queen-sized mattress on top.

Skuffende - og mangel på service

Vi havde i god tid bedt om tilstødende værelser, da vi er fem i familien og vi derfor blev nødt til at booke to rum. Vores henvendelse blev aldrig besvaret og vi gik derfor ud fra, at alt var i den fineste orden, indtil vi ankom til hotellet og tjekker ind. De nævner intet om de ikke har imødekommet vores ønske og da vi spørger siger de, at hov det er udsolgt. Virkeligt dårlig stil. Rengøring kom først efter kl. 17 hvor alle børnefamilier er tilbage. Hotellet virkede lidt outdated. Dårlig morgenmad.

Otrevligt bemötande.

Det var överlag en trevlig upplevelse, rummet bra, receptionen och dess service bra, en anmärkning kan göras kanske där och det var att en av dessa ville bara tala engelska, trots att hon kunde svenska. Det som störde den totala upplevelsen var en mycket otrevlig man som påstods sköta bordsplacering vid frukost. Där fanns ingen info om detta förfaringsätt, och heller inte skyltat om detta så vi satte oss. Då kom denna person och skällde ut oss av ingen orsak egentligen. Man ska nog inte skälla ut gäster som bor på hotellet, det var ett mycket otrevligt sätt att bete sig på.
