Convenient and Okay

Stayed 2 nights for Portland. Location was convenient, close to airport and harbor. Visted Fort Williams Park and Cape Elizabeth were nearby. The hotel is run down a bit. Beds were okay. Just average -recommend for a short stay. Breakfast was also just okay, cereal and bagels, basics.

Okay stay

This was an okay stay for the night. The front desk worker was very nice and helpful. The hotel room itself though had quite a few stains/hair/mold, the bathtub didn’t drain well, the fridge smelled terrible, it was very easy to hear other people, and the room in total needed a lot of improvements. In total though, it was an okay place to stay for just a night, but it wasn’t worth the price paid.

It smelled like old man cologne was dumped by the gallon on the carpets, floors were rotted and needing replacement ,bathroom looked like it was being revamped and someone quit midway..more like.a.homeless.shelter than a hotel.
