Portica 10 is amazing!! The husband and wife who own this beautiful property are wonderful in every way. The little details they have put into every corner as well as into the breakfast are lovely. We truly enjoyed every minute we spent there and highly recommend that you stay here. It is in the heart of the oldest part of Assisi, centrally located to all of the important sites, but all of the amenities in Portica 10 are modern. I really cannot say enough great things about this property.

Absolutely loved the family feel of Portica 10! Truly a hidden gem in Assisi! Rooms were large and comfortable with super clean/new bathroom. Homemade breakfast breads and jams! Close to all the sites and main square. Wish I could have spent more time there but will go back someday!

We had a fantastic stay and was very impressed with the beautiful design and decor in our room and the entire building! The beds were very comfortableā€¦even the pull out couch for my son. Our hosts were also fantastic- warm and welcoming and very helpful. We also really enjoyed the breakfast with the homemade cakes, breads and jams!

We loved our stay at Portico 10! Lia and Carmine own and run the hotel, they are kind, caring and attentive. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Lia also makes delicious pastries and pancakes for breakfast each morning.

It is elegantly decorated and maintained by the owner. Carmine had been warm and caring for our needs. The terrace on the rooftop overlooks the town. You can enjoy fantastic sunset there. Breakfast is also great. We had a very pleasant stay.

Everything was perfect. Carmine and Leia are wonderful hosts . I cannot compliment them enough. This B&B was the nicest I have ever stayed in. The rooms were lovely, sound proof windows, very updated and fresh. Decor was tasteful and serene. Location is just about half way between Basilicas of Saint Clare and St. Francis. Parking is a bit difficult but Carmine helped us with that and getting our bags to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

A wonderful stay in a fascinating town. Our room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast varied daily with fresh fruit, cold meats and cheese and a great range of breads, cakes and biscuits made by Lia. Home made jams too, including cumquat - what a treat! There is a sunny terrace on the top floor that is ideal for relaxing after a busy day sightseeing. We would love to return to this haven.
