Stayed one night in this hotel and couldn’t be more pleased with the stay. The hotel room was clean and the bed was super comfy. Free breakfast was also very good. Staff are very friendly and always willing to help.

I chose to get the airport pick up and drop off which was very efficient, the front desk staff are friendly and knowledgable. I also had laundry done there and no issues with that and fairly reasonably priced. Room was clean and spacious and was cleaned everyday. Shower was amazing - water pressure decent and easy to use. Great sunset from the rooftop pool which was also a nice area to sit and relax in. Breakfast buffet was fairly basic similar to other hotels I’ve stayed at in SE Asia however main dinner menu had a good selection and the food I had there was good. The hotel is within a short distance of Paxutay Monument and the indoor market. Lots of ATMs about and a great cafe down the road. The only negative I could say is some parts of the hotel could do with a refurbishment but this didn’t affect my stay.

All the staff are friendly, except for the manager or supervisor – a man who sits at the end of the counter and makes you feel unwelcome. The room cleaners are excellent, and the swimming pool and food are both fantastic.

Room was not expected. Photos online looks very clean and modern but when arrived the walls looked like they paint to cover the mold floor was dirty. Limited supply on bathroom essentials. Room service made the bed but did not change the sheets or pillowcases that was needed. We booked the room for 10 days and had the same sheets. Did not have wash cloths, shower gel was limited. Service desk was very nice and friendly. However the gym and pool was 24 hours open. Floors was uneven. Room above made a lot of noise at 3-3:30 am by moving furnitures sounds like.
