Staff were very helpful and friendly. Property is very safe. It’s suitable down hill No recommendable for individuals with wheelchair.

The room is listed as 1.7 km from center. What's not said is it's up a VERY steep mountain. That made it sometimes unwalkable. We're walkers, but had a back problem. We did walk down one day, but not the Google Maps route which requires multiple long up-down stairways. They clean with some god-awful toxic-smelling stuff that caused me respiratory problems. The Hotels.com price listed is significantly lower than what I was actually charged with somewhat hidden fees etc. so beware of that. The room was small and multiple dogs barked day and night. Other than that, it was a good room. It was "clean" but the cleaning substance seems toxic, especially on the extra blanket we requested. We declined daily cleaning, but the smell drifts in - the bathroom opens to the hallway for example.

El hotel es barato. Las habitaciones cumplen pero son sencillas La hora de salida es temprano hay que tener en cuenta que es alas 11 si te desvelas no duermes mucho. Puedes pedir garra de agua en recepción. Las habitaciones con balcón o terraza son buenos pero es compartida con otra habitación. Hay precios desde 500 a 600 y pico. La bajada de la entrada está súper inclinada hay que tener en cuenta eso .

Muy bonito el hotel no está tan cerca del centro histórico si quieres ahorrar en transporte bajando la cañada en la universidad de maestros hay una parada de autobuses,el lugar muy seguro para caminar los de recepción muy amable pero el chico de la noche no recuerdo su nombre fue todavía más amable siempre al pendiente

Me gusto la experiencia en este hotel, es un lugar tranquilo y fácil de encontrar, vi comentarios del estacionamiento ya que esta empinado, sin embargo, no tuve problemas para entrar y salir, si vuelvo a Guanajuato con mi perrito sin duda me quedaría ahí nuevamente.

No dan papel solo un rollo de papel para toda la estancia. Está mal ubicada y la entrada tiene una bajada muy peligrosa para los coches. Quitan el internet en la noche y no se puede ver la televisión Las sábanas están sucias y no hacen bien limpieza Tienen un voto de silencio que empieza a las 9pm y no se puede hablar en los pasillos. En general no estuvo bien la estancia

Tuve mala experiencia desde la atención de la recepcionista que al llegar no te atiende ni te invita a sentarte, hasta que uno mismo pide la atencion Despues tuve un problema con el agua de la regadera que no salía caliente y tuve que salirme de la regadera en 3 ocasiiones para solicitar ayuda y cuando por fin salió caliente, nos la quitaron a medio baño y tuve que quedarme enjabonado Durante la madrugada hubo huepedes que tenian muchisimo ruido y no pudimos conciliar el sueño, lo que nos llevó a despertar tarde y nos pretendian cobrar extra por hacer el check out a destiempo

Es hospedaje cumple tiene algunos detalles como todos dicen el estacionamiento está muy inclinado si tu carro no sube bien las subidas te costará sacar el carro. Pero después de la primera vez le agarras el truco. Las habitaciones están limpias ecepto abajo de la cama. Las instalaciones el trato están bien lo que es increíble fue el precio la ubicación no es la mejor está algo lejos del centro caminando no es una opción al menos que te guste caminar y tengas buena condición más de media hora. Las habitaciones lo mejor es la terraza para comer tomar o pasar tiempo platicando pero no hay privacidad en balcón se ollé todo lo que las personas hablan. En general es funcional a un buen costo me costó alrededor de 600 y ese día estaban en 500
