This was a great hotel! The room was clean, the snacks were wonderful, there were plenty of choices at breakfast (even pop!), the pool and hot tub were nice, the staff was super friendly, and after check in they texted to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. This hotel wasn't bad, but it could have been a lot better. The front desk staff was kind, the breakfast was better than a lot of hotels, but the cleanliness of the rooms needs work as well as the cleaning staff. On several occassions the cleaning staff didn't even come to the room, I had to call the front desk for them to take the trash out, change the sheets, and vacuum. The cleaning staff came one day while I was about to leave for the day and started cleaning, but when I arrived back, nothing but the bathroom had been cleaned, and by clean I mean just new towels and the trash taken out but the other trash cans were full and the bed wasn't changed. The happy hour was a nice amenity! Would I stay again... yes but it wouldn't be my first choice.
