I definitely loved the fast and prompt service. Room was kinda rushed and looked over. Mirror off the wall, night stands turned around and rearranged. Chipped paint in shower… little things but overall was a quiet place to lay my head for the two night stay.

Marginally acceptable… but staff is friendly

It seems a lot of work was still being done. In my room, the towel rack was in the process of being attached but it was not. It was left on the floor. Moreover, when I went to get a towel, they all were wet as if they were already used. Very disgusting. The 2nd floor ice maker did not work. The staff are nice. Overall, the property inside and out needs to be cleaned better. Not as clean as it should be. Also, there are no “Do Not Disturb” tags. I had a decent nice sleep each day, but aesthetically, there’s a lot to be desired with this property.

Non-smoking room that smelled strongly of cigarettes. The room was dirty, walls had food splatters, unclean carpet, bathroom in a run-down state. The door was not secure. I ended up not staying here because it was in such poor condition.

The property isn't bad but the room had a strong cigarette odor and I did not feel comfortable sleeping there. The pillows did not smell clean. I was super uncomfortable and did not sleep well. With this said, the room was organized and it was obvious that it was cleaned with effort. It was just the smell that got impregnated on my clothes, hair, purse, etc.

BEWARE do not stay! My 10-year-old son was injured from the dilapidated state of the rooms. We had to rush him to the ER where he obtained 8 stitches in his foot from the bedframe, I would not advise families with children to stay at this property. The manager said it was not their responsibility for the condition of the room or the fact that my child was hurt.

The customer service is terrible

This hotel room was adequate. The customer service was terrible. When I checked in they said that they wanted a deposit and it had to be in cash. Then when I asked to stay longer, a couple of hours, they said that I had to pay $15.00. They treated me like a criminal, and I always pay my bills, the man from the front desk kept following me around until I came to pay them the $15.00. I told them I will not return to this hotel again.

AWFUL

Horrible place. I stayed here for almost 2 months traveling for work. The price kept going up. Police are there multiple nights a week. Even had the police point a rifle at me, found a needle on top of the wardrobe, the "clean" towels they would bring would be dirty and stained, toilet barely flushed, smoke detector was hanging by the wires.. Nothing but drug dealers, gang members and prostitutes staying there. Extremely noisy and the other guests are allowed to loiter and be loud in the parking lot all night. In 2 month's I may have gotten a few good night's sleep. This place should't even be allowed to stay in business. Avoid at all cost!

Pass This Hotel By

Room was filthy, room was filled with tired old furniture and very uncomfortable bed, old towels, everything is in poor shape. The maid told me "It's not like this is a 7-star resort; you get what you pay for (the total was $96.70 for one night). I was also told by the maid that he was busy with a lot of other rooms to clean (71 total rooms at this hotel). They were clientele there when we stayed that thought it was acceptable to open their cars and play the music LOUD at night in the parking lot which became the block party; in the morning, another couple got up at 6 am and yelled to each other across the parking lot from their room waking everyone up, they then used a portable speaker placed by their room door to blast bachata music, very rude and inconsiderate.
