The property is going through an upgrade but was informed ahead of arrival which was greatly appreciated. Love, love the 24 hours shuttle service running to and from SeaTac. This hotel is a joke. The staff was amazing. However, the hotel was subpar. Air conditioner did not work in 205. We received a notice that the hotel was going through a refurbishment. However, did not expect an inoperable air conditioner . This, in itself, was a not so favorable view of the LaQuinta Inn and Suites SeaTac by Wyndham. Won't stay here ever again.

The hotel is in dire need of a remodel. The carpets in hotel were worn and bunched in some area's. In trying to set or sleep on the sofa in the living room, you could fell the bars, so couldn't sleep on it.
