They have three different wings and the one I stayed at you need to walk through a loud bar and restaurant to get to the rooms. I asked to be in a quiet room and they put me in the room that backs to the restaurant. The only time I saw or was greeted by staff was at checkin. For the price you can stay somewhere better.

No safe or iron in the room but it was advertised there were in our booking description. No amenities: no coffee, no kettle in the room. Not enough towels in the room, noisy bathroom door would wake us up in the middle of the night everytime someone would use the bathroom, only positive thing is the location and the beds were comfortable. Way too expensive: close to CAD $3,000 for 4 nights. I wouldn’t book this hotel again.

Our room was repetitively clean but the hallway carpet needs to be replaced badly and smells like something died. The staff informed us that the elevator was not working and should be fix by the next day. The elevator remained out of order throughout our stay. We had to climb the stairs throughout our stay.
