Southern Hospitality at its best!

We were impressed with the warmth and hospitality with which we were greeted at the reception desk. Being visually impaired and weary from travel, I really wanted to check in early. I was so happy when the executive housekeeper offered to help and that she did! She had a room ready for me in record time.

The gym had rusted machines. Did not have toothpaste the room did not even have a microwave. The staff was friendly. However, the gym had good equipment. Just needs to be taken care of better rooms. Need to have microwaves wouldn’t mind staying there if the price was lower, but definitely not worth the price that was charged.

Everyone we encountered was super friendly from front desk to breakfast to housekeeping. That goes a long way to making the experience wonderful! Very kind and helpful. We were in town for a family funeral and didn't know the area, and the staff was great with suggestions. Would definitely stay here again.

The front desk and staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were updated and comfy. The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 star was because of the highway. We were on the side with the highway and hearing sirens and cars wasn’t ideal so it made it pretty hard to go to sleep. Had to wait til the noise died down to rest.

Coffee maker wouldn’t close. There were no cups in the room. It leaked. There’s no place to hang your towel when taking a shower so you have to step out to grab one. The food was awful. I had a chicken sandwich that was like rubber. In the good side everyone there were very pleasant and helpful

We liked the size of the rooms and fairly clean. We didn’t like that the bathroom door didn’t have a lock, and toilet barely flushed. The pool was out of order and so kids were upset about that. Didn’t have enough towels in the room and when asked for more they brought us pool towels. The breakfast was the worst !! We ordered off the menu, no chocolate muffins, no vanilla Greek yogurt, fake eggs, no fruit in $9 yogurt parfait, $5 for the kids lemonade, it was all gross and soooo expensive!!

Phone did not work, housekeeper was rude, didn’t refill soap, or properly make up the bed, housekeeper appears offended when we ask to come back in a few minutes. There was a bug in the bed. It was a non smoking room and the couch smelled like old cigarette.
