From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A special shoutout to Donovan at the front desk — he was incredibly friendly, professional, and went out of his way to make us feel at home. Whether it was answering our questions, offering great local recommendations, or just greeting us with a genuine smile every time we passed through the lobby, he truly made our stay stand out. The valet team was also fantastic — always quick, courteous, and upbeat. It really made coming and going a breeze, especially with kids in tow. The hotel itself is beautiful and spotless, with a stylish modern feel and plenty of cozy touches. The location can’t be beat — walking distance to restaurants, attractions, and the riverfront. We left feeling refreshed, well cared for, and already talking about when we can come back. Thank you, Donovan and the entire Hotel Indigo team, for making our visit such a great one!
