Huntsville

To start they gave me a key to somebody else’s room. People running around outside and partying from the sounds at 3:00 in the morning. At 8:00 am there was no breakfast left. Just drive a little further and the hotels are nicer.

While it was clean, there was no hair dryer, the complimentary breakfast was limited and the pillows were small. Second day there house keeping took all the towels but did not replace any of them. Went to the front desk and was given a stained bath towel but no others. Staff was friendly and helpful when asked.

This hotel wasn’t as described and had hard beds and roachs all over the ceiling and bathroom floor. This was very uncomfortable for me and my family but after driving 13 plus hours to drop my daughter off at college this was the only option

We have stayed at a lot of different Econo Lodges, all have been pretty nice. The guy at the desk was nice. The bed was comfortable, however, I would not stay at this location again. Hair in the sheets and towels, walls & doors are badly stained, toilet was wobbly, broken dresser drawers ect... Fortunately for them, we just needed to sleep and shower, otherwise we would have found somewhere else to stay. had we needed a "nice" place to stay and enjoy? This location was NOT it. Disappointed.

Stopped Serving Breakfast An Hour Early

I opted for this hotel over a cheaper hotel because of the included breakfast, but at 8 (breakfast is served until 9) there was only a couple of pieces of bread and cereal with no milk. I had to grab breakfast defeating the purpose of choosing this hotel. The power button was jammed on the TV so I had to unplug it. Also, the faceplate for the shower knob was broken, so it took a couple of minutes to figure out how not to burn myself with the hot water. It was otherwise fine, but I'm frustrated that I could've gotten a cheaper and closer hotel.

Cheap, dirty, and misleading

I booked a king room well in advance of my trip. When I arrived they told me they had me in a room with a double bed. I told them I booked a king, then they said all they had available was a queen. When we got to the room it was not a queen but they said that’s all they had. The “continental breakfast” consisted of toast, bagels, and watered down apple juice, that’s it! The room was filthy. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice.
