Great location close to Stepenplatz and the Hofburg. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Even though temps were 90sF during the day, the ac kept the room cool (we were on the top floor as well). Breakfast buffet was quite extensive. Pleasant bar to sit out in the evening and enjoy a nightcap. Very reasonably priced

Good: The location was excellent and the staff were amazing, very helpful Needs work: the bathroom was very old, we had to use our own equipment to keep the shower up high enough, the air con unit had very little impact and the curtains did not keep any light out.

Excellent location

Excellent location. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Easy access to shopping and food. The location was the best part and I would come back because of this. The rooms were large and comfortable. Somewhat of an odd layout as bathroom and toilet were separated on opposite sides of the room. Also both bathroom and toilet had frosted glass doors. They were not see through, but lacked privacy. My older kids were uncomfortable with this. We enjoyed our stay, but I lowered the stars on service as staff were not very friendly. We were also only given 2 bath towels for 4 people. Asked for more but they only left 2 each day.

The location is excellent for exploring many of the major attractions of Vienna. Quite a few are within an easy 10 to 20 minute walk. The staff is super helpful and well-informed. Our room was spacious, well appointed and clean. We would stay here again when we visit again.

The Hotel is perfectly located, very close to most of the truistic places. I booked tickets for the Opera and Concerts and they were just 10 to 15 walking. A lot of nice restaurants nearby. They also keep my luggage for a few days while I had a trip to Budapest and Hallstatt. The staff was fantastic.

We were greeted at the desk and allowed early check in - which was REALLY appreciated after a long overnight flight. Then to find out we were upgraded. The room and bathroom were both very spacious and very clean. But I think the best part was opening the window and looking down on the plaza. It was beautiful and the location was within walking distance of almost everything we wanted to do! We had a great stay!
