The key cards would only work one time. After using I had to go get a new card. Toilet kept getting stopped up and the shower handle fell off when turning shower on. Front desk didn’t seem to care and wasn’t surprised by it. Didn’t offer to send maintenance or swap rooms. Just “ thanks for letting me know “.

This was a crack hotel. Broken out windows, a water park out of Silent Hill, a prison block layout, no electricity in the rooms, horrid smell, and people literally taking drugs on the property. I did not stay here, I felt completely unsafe. They would not give me a refund. Photos are completely inaccurate.

The experience started off poorly with a late-night check-in that was anything but welcoming. The associate was on a personal call -- on speaker, no less -- while checking us in, barely acknowledging us. He told us we'd have to walk around to the back to access our room, only for us to find out later that we could have entered directly through the lobby. Now, let's talk about the room. The only positive: the bed was large and fairly comfortable. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The room was far from clean -- dirty underwear from a previous guest and what appeared to e a bloody washcloth were left on the floor. The toilet barely flushed, and when I tried to use the shower, the faucet literally fell off. To top it all off, the sheets and bedding where stained and had cigarette burns. The only reason I stayed here was because I was attending a college graduation and all other nearby hotels were fully booked. This experience taught me a valuable lesson: never stay anywhere with less than three starts. You truly get what you pay for. I would never recommend this to anyone else.

I booked this hotel through Hotels.com and prepaid $300 for a two-night stay. When we arrived, the front desk said they had no record of our reservation. They asked for an additional $56 to stay for one night and said we’d need to come back in the morning to try booking the second night. I showed them email confirmation, including details about a security deposit, but they refused to acknowledge it, wouldn’t answer questions, and kept insisting I swipe my card again without explanation. The property was in extremely poor condition. The pool was drained and surrounded by boxes. The men’s bathroom had a urinal torn off the wall, and the trash was overflowing with fire extinguisher tags. The building looked unsafe—walls were visibly bowing, windows were broken, and none of the rooms had curtains. We also saw people loitering near the building, which added to the feeling of insecurity. Because we were traveling with our two-year-old, we made the difficult decision to leave. All other hotels nearby were booked due to local graduations, so we drove through the night. We received no service and were left with no safe place to stay. This hotel should not be listed on any booking site until major safety and service issues are resolved. It was completely misrepresented online and should not be offered as a lodging option in its current state.

(TOOK PICS FOR PROOF.) NOTIFIED THE FRONT DESK REGISTRATION STAFF OF THIS & HE SAID, "NO POOL OR WATERPARK IN A FEW YEARS."...NO APOLOGY, NO ROOM DISCOUNT OFFER WHEN ASKED FOR A DISCOUNT DUE TO FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. THE BATHROOM LIGHT BUZZED & FLASHED SO BAD ( ELECTRICAL FIRE HAZARD) WE COULDN'T USE THE LIGHT AT ALL. (TOOK VIDEO FOR PROOF.) COULD ACTUALLY FEEL THE FLOOR (1ST FLOOR, GROUND LEVEL) MOVING UNDERNEATH OUR FEET BC IT WAS SO UNSTABLE. ROOM SMELLED OF MILDEW. NOTIFIED CHECKOUT STAFF OF THESE ISSUES PRIOR TO LEAVING, JUST SAID, "OK." STAYED HERE SEVERAL TIMES DURING BASEBALL TOURNAMENTS PRIOR TO COVID & HAD NO COMPLAINTS...WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE NOW! NOT SURE IF IT'S UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT, BUT DEFINITELY NEEDS MUCH IMPROVEMENTS, ESPECIALLY FOR ELECTRICAL HAZARDS & POTENTIAL INJURY FOR UNSTABLE FLOORS. (BOOKED VIA HOTELS.COM, WHICH ALSO HAD THE SAME OUTDATED PICS.
